Content Management

Littoralis'™ Content Management System (CMS) enable partnerships to add a variety of different content to their nitranet: news, up-coming events, documents, 'alerts', graffiti reports and, of course, offenders' profiles. Content can be amended easily and quickly using our unique one-click editing system. Content can be previewed before saving. Optionally, each time an item is added, deleted or edited, a confirming email is sent to the intranet administrator

Our CMS looks after the 'retirement' of content automatically. Mugshots and personal data are automatically deleted at their expiry date; news items are added to the intranet's own archive; documents are added to the intranet's library area; 'alerts' are automatically deleted after 14 days; events are automatically deleted on the day the event occurs.

Administrators can appoint 'authors' to help maintain the content of the intranet. Authors have the ability to add, edit and delete their own content - but they cannot edit other authors' content nor access the range of reports and other tools which are at the disposal of administrator. Optionally, authors can receive confirming emails each time they add, edit or delete content - which are also copied to the admiinistrator.

Littoralis'™ CMS is powerful - yet easy to use and requires no technical knowledge whatever. Training is delivered as part of the implementation of all Littoralis™ systems, and on-line help is always available throughout the CMS.
